I actually don’t ship Kirito romantically with anyone else other than Asuna. I do like his dynamics with Sinon and Klein, but purely from a platonic perspective! Klein has great advice and looks out for him like an older brother would, and Kirito seems to have somewhat of a low-key rivalry with Shino even post-GGO. I also find his moments with Lis funny, I guess. I don’t have much interest in Kirito’s romantic prospects too much other than his relationship with Asuna, especially since his friendships with everyone else are very cute.

Like Mod Fil, I’m a firm believer in the “Kirisuna.” Not just because of it being Canon but I also love the sincerity of it and how it plays out. I don’t judge others for their ships though, in fact if Asuna were to be out of the picture, I’d probably ship him with Lisbeth (though I don’t think the dynamics would be as great) and perhaps Sinon? Except Mod Fil has begun to convert me to Dystopian Dream of Silicon and that would take Sinon out of the picture for me.
