Just an honest question, why didn’t anyone on Sword Art Online just use an EMP? I mean the problem with unplugging the headgear was that there was a battery pack, right? So if they just put all the players in a warehouse and used an EMP to short out all the systems they could save everyone’s life.
It’s something the author has admitted he didn’t think of. Though you wouldn’t be able to move players to one place. After the first day disconnection for more than ten minutes equaled death.
