“I honestly feel like I’m the only one that actually likes the SAO anime. Just seeing the fandom over the past few months has given me the impression that they hate the anime about as much as the hatedom hates the entire series. [I know the light novels are much better, but I’ve never liked seeing “source material purist” mindsets for any anime when the adaptation is still following the source material fairly well (though incomplete to some extent) rather than bastardizing it beyond recognition.]”
