Well, my opinion hasn’t changed much; while it seems like an interesting theory, there aren’t many compelling points to prove it. It’s pretty possible that the two series take place in the same universe (again, Reki really goes back and forth regarding whether or not it is, so who knows), but there is not much substantial evidence that points to Kuroyuukihime being being Kirito and Asuna’s child.
Again, I still think it’s possible Kawahara might connect the two stories somehow, I just don’t find the information we have now nearly firm enough to assume such.
