What she means: I can't believe the anime almost completely cut off Argo the Rat from the story, not even allowing her to make an appearence in the second arc afterparty. Being one of the few people Kirito could call a supporter, and even friend in his early time in Aincrad, a 10-second cameo seems to pale in comparison to her importance. While one can understand why they wouldn't cover her in the anime, it doesn't change the fact that her ausence is legitimately disconcerting.
