“Honestly, it really really bugs me when people talk down on SAO because it “went off its original corse” and isn’t about Aincrad anymore. If they really looked into it, they’d realize, that’s NOT the purpose of SAO. It’s really about technology and how it’s coming closer and closer with the real world. [Aincrad did this most effectively by linking deaths; GGO did it with the personality differences; Mother’s Rosario does it with Yuuki and so on and so forth. If people realized that, they’d enjoy SAO so much more than thinking that it’s just an anime that “went off course”.]”
