“I don’t see why Kirito thinks restoring Alice’s memories will kill Integrity Knight Alice(or IK!Alice).[I mean, I’m no expert on amnesia or Artificial Fluctlights but it seems to me that giving IK!Alice the “original” Alice’s memories would end in some sort of fusion of the two; maybe IK!Alice with a few tweaks to her personality due to the childhood memories(i.e. less stone-faced and worried about Eugeo). It just seems to me that Kirito’s jumping the gun for very little reason.]”

That’s not how it works though. Integrity Knights are created by taking out a memory and then inserting the Piety Module in it’s place. The piety module creates their identity as a knight. By removing that and re-inserting the memory shard, the Integrity Knight personality is lost. Alice Synthesis 30′s personality has literally stolen Alice’s Zuberg’s body.
Restoring Alice Zuberg means killing Alice Synthesis 30.But isn’t it possible for the two to co-exist or fuse together? I mean, Alice Zuberg’s memories go as far as the point of her Synthesis while Alice Synthesis 30′s begin at that exact moment. Isn’t it possible to insert the memories without removing the Piety Module and essentially give IK!Alice young Alice’s memories, especially seeing as the Piety Module is pretty much broken now with Alice rebelling against Quinella and the Axiom Church, which it was pretty much designed to prevent in the first place?
For that matter, how do they plan on removing the Piety Module while putting young Alice’s memories back? As far as I can tell, only Quinella and her ministers, who only take orders from her, can do that and I doubt they can force her into doing it. And even if it was possible without her help, she’s probably the only person who knows how and I REALLY doubt she’d tell them.
Alice’s memories to the point of her Synthesis do not exist in Alice Synthesis 30. She has no memories of Rulid village, no memory of Eugeo, no memory of her sister or parents. As far as the Knights know they were “born” when Quinella summons them from heaven. Think of it like an actual puzzle piece in her fluctlight. There isn’t room for both the piety module and the memories Quinella removed.
Alice’s piety module still exists and is undamaged. The piety modules compel obedience to Quinella and the Axiom church because fluctlights cannot break rules. The Seal of the Right eye is what compels the obedience. Without the seal the obedience can be broken. Quinella has repeatedly reset the memories of the Integrity Knights over the years to prevent what happened with Alice from happening with any of the others. Becouli and Fanatio have had their memories reset several times because of doubts against the Church. Becouli is even aware of the seal in the right eye preventing his disobedience.
Stimulating the memory that was lost causes the piety module to eject on its own. You can see this with Eldrie Synthesis 32 where the module starts coming out during his fight with kirito and Eugeo. Or in the latest episode with Synthesis 32. Then you would just have to find and insert the memory crystal taken out back into the forehead.
