SAO SEASON 3 CONFIRMED!!!!
For those who don’t speak Japanese (or don’t want to translate it through Google like I did), basically the president of A-1 Pictures said that as long as Kawahara keeps writing it, A-1 will keep animating SAO. No release date or anything else announced yet, but that’s definitely confirmation of a season 3 and possibly more.
